Psychedelic Preparation and Integration Coaching
You’ve done the work. Now it needs to land. If therapy gave you insight but not traction, preparation and integration coaching helps turn awareness into change that actually shows up in daily life.
Psychedelic Preparation and Integration Coaching
Psychedelic Preparation & Integration Coaching
Grounded support before and after big experiences.
Psychedelic work can open powerful doors — clarity, grief, awe, fear, relief, insight. But the real transformation usually comes from what you do before and after the experience.
My coaching offers a structured, compassionate space to:
Clarify intentions that feel authentic and achievable
Build a personalized emotional and practical support plan
Strengthen nervous system tools for anxiety, uncertainty, or overwhelm
Make meaning of your experience without rushing or forcing conclusions
Turn insights into real-life change: boundaries, habits, relationships, self-trust
Modern research highlights a potential for rapid insight and symptom relief when paired with structured support. What happens before and after the experience appears to matter as much as the experience itself. Integration is where change becomes real. Researchers consistently find that the support around the experience matters deeply. Preparation beforehand and thoughtful integration afterward appear to play a large role in how people make sense of what they experience and how lasting the effects feel.
It’s also important to know that this research is still developing. Psilocybin-assisted therapy is not a universal solution, and results vary based on personal history, mental health, and the quality of care and support involved.
This coaching work is informed by what the research highlights as most important—care, pacing, reflection, and integration—while staying non-clinical and within clear ethical boundaries.
What This Means for Coaching
Most research points to the same insight: the experience alone isn’t what creates lasting change. What makes the difference is having support that helps you prepare, feel grounded, and make sense of what emerges over time.
That’s where coaching comes in. This work focuses on helping you slow down, clarify your intentions, care for your nervous system, and gently integrate insights into your everyday life—so growth feels steady and sustainable, not overwhelming.
My role isn’t to direct the experience itself, but to support how you carry it forward.
