Dear New Client,

I just want to take a moment and thank you for choosing me to be a part of your healing journey. Together we will explore what you believe is "IM'POSSIBLE" for you to overcome on your own, and look at the root cause for why you behave, think, and feel as you do. Despite what you may have experienced before, this will be a safe place; free from judgement where you can be your authentic self. A place you can express what you feel you "CAN'T" say to others, and most importantly, learn to change patterns and behaviors that "DO'NT" suit you, or provide growth.

Although you may have clicked on my profile to learn more about me, I am wondering if you are actually interested in learning more about yourself, and how I can help you discover yourself in therapy. By working together, we will uncover the roots of your unhappiness, create positive changes, acquire new perspectives that generate realistic solutions, and most importantly, learn to trust your own feelings and seek validation from within instead of looking for validation from others.

Start creating the life you deserve; in a welcoming environment that facilitates awareness and self-discovery. In a safe place free from judgement; where you are allowed to freely be your self. So, you can focus and concentrate on you without outside distractions; the best part is, it's completely confidential!

I am an all-inclusive therapist who tailors my treatment approach to the specific needs of my clients. Due to my education, experience, and background, I am well-prepared for work with diverse populations and issues. Among my specialties are working with clients who have experienced trauma, toxic relationships, and/or grief and loss.

In addition, I have experience working with individuals who have mental illnesses such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, and schizophrenia. Today set the pattern for tomorrow, its time to get started. I am looking forward to seeing you in therapy.

Kind Regards,

Jennifer L. Hillier M.A. LPC
